Images from the 1987 Indianapolis 500 Time Trial in May.
There is nothing earth shattering in this gallery. All were shot with a Canon FTb-n 35mm camera with a Vivitar zoom lens. They were shot on either kodak film or slides and scanned with a small scanner. Pretty much all inferior equipment by todays digital standards.
Mario Andretti took the pole but finished 9th. Al Unser won the race starting from position # 20.
